The publicly listed company The ACME Laboratories Ltd. has declared a dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2025. For the mentioned year, the company will distribute a 35% cash dividend to its general shareholders ,the entire amount being cash.
This decision was made at the board meeting held on Monday (October 27), following a review and approval of the audited financial statements for the latest fiscal year, according to company sources.
As per the information, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the latest financial year stood at Tk 11.48, compared to Tk 11.61 per share in the previous year.
As of June 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 126.37.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, December 22, at 11:30 AM through a digital platform. The record date has been set for November 18.
