Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) held a conference on Friday to review its business performance in Khulna Division for the 2024–25 fiscal year.
The conference highlighted achievements up to 30 June 2025, showing notable progress in mobilising deposits, disbursing loans, and supporting agriculture and small entrepreneurs.
Addressing the event as the chief guest, BKB Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali commended the division’s contribution to the bank’s overall growth. She urged officials to put in collective efforts to achieve 100% of the business targets set for the current fiscal year (2025–26), saying, “Bangladesh Krishi Bank has been making consistent and positive progress. Together, we must sustain the momentum and further strengthen our role in supporting farmers and entrepreneurs.”
The event was presided over by Md. Abu Hashem Miah, General Manager (In-Charge) of Khulna Division. Deputy Managing Directors, Md. Abdur Rahim and Mohd. Khaleduzzaman attended as a special guest, along with executives and branch managers from across the division.
