The stock market in the country will observe a closure for a total of 9 days, from March 28 to April 5, in honor of Eid-ul-Fitr, the most significant religious celebration for Muslims. During this time, there will be 4 weekly holidays.

On Monday, March 24, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) announced that trading will resume as normal on April 6, starting at 10 am and concluding at 2:20 pm.

Following the market’s closing, the post-closing period will take place from 2:20 pm to 2:30 pm. Additionally, regular office hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm starting that day.
