The 6th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 23 January, 2024. Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Besides, Member of the Audit Committee Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting.
