NCC Bank distributes tree agricultural materials & machinery free of cost at Maijdee, Noakhali

NCC Bank has distributed tree agricultural materials & machinery free of cost among 500 flood-affected & marginal farmers of Maijdee & Chowmuhani at Noakhali under special CSR in the agricultural sector. Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary of NCC Bank Md. Monirul Alam as chief guest distributed various types of vegetables & rice seeds, fertilizer, pesticides & backpack spray machines among marginal farmers at a ceremony held at Maijdee recently. Besides, SVP & Manager of Panthapath Branch Muhammad Shahidul Islam graced the occasion as special guest. SVP & Regional Head of South-East Region Mohammad Nurul Haque presided over the ceremony while Manager of Maijdee SME/Agri Branch Md. Abdul Khaleque along with Managers of other Branches of NCC Bank were also present at the ceremony.

Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Monirul Alam said that NCC Bank is working for the food security of our country. In this context, NCC Bank has been distributing various types of vegetable seeds, fertilizer, pesticides & machinery free of cost in different regions of the country under special CSR program to increase agricultural production in the country. He expressed that this initiative would help the marginal farmers to cultivate various vegetable crops as well as to increase their production.
