Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting.
