Legacy Footwear does not have price sensitive data

The company has told the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) that it does not know the reason for the abnormal increase in the share price of the listed company Legacy Footwear Limited.

This information is known from DSE sources.

According to sources, DSE has recently sent a notice seeking to know the reason for the abnormal increase in the share price of the company. In response, the company said the share price was rising without any undisclosed price sensitive information.

It should be noted that the share price of the company was 47 taka 80 paisa last December 11. And on Tuesday (07 January) the price of the share rose to 59 taka 80 paisa at the end of the market. That is, in just 17 working days, the price of the share has increased by 12 taka.

DSE considers this rate hike unusual.
