The PE ratio rose in the closing week on DSE

The overall price-earnings ratio (PE ratio) of the country’s main stock market, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), increased during the past week (December 15-19). During the period in question, the PE ratio of DSE increased by 2 percent.

This information was revealed by the DSE’s weekly market review.

According to the information, the PE ratio of DSE was at 9.28 points at the beginning of the past week. And at the end of the week, the PE ratio is at 9.5 points. As a result, the PE ratio of DSE increased by 0.22 points or 2 percent over the week.
