All closed sugar mills in the country will be reactivated. Initiatives have been taken to increase sugar production and reduce imports. Adilur Rahman Khan, Advisor to the Ministry of Industry said this.

A task force committee has been formed by the government to make this program successful. This committee is monitoring the hurdles in setting up sugar mills. With people on our side, we want to succeed through concerted energy, initiative and courage. Working on that desire. We all want to initiate change. Later those who come to power will continue it.

He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at the opening ceremony of the current season’s sugarcane crushing program at Gopalpur North Bengal Sugar Mill in Natore’s Lalpur Upazila on Friday afternoon. Chairman of Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industry Corporation presided. Lipika is polite. After the inauguration, a Milad-Mahfil was held at the Cain Carrier premises of the mill.

In the opening ceremony, the industrial adviser said that there are challenges in bringing about changes in life and livelihood as there are fewer factories in the backward areas of the country. We want to take initiative there as a whole. If we try as a whole, surely we can start the process of change. Those who will come later in the management of the state will carry this trend forward. We are working towards this goal.
