Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr.Humayun Kabir, Independent Directors Dr. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Committee Professor Mohammad Mozahidul Islam Chowdhury and Member-Secretary Mufti Mohammad Muhibbullahil Baqee.
