The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Primary Dealers Bangladesh Limited (PDBL) was held at a city hotel on Friday.

Board of Directors Chairman of PDBL and Chief Executive Officer of Sonali Bank PLC Md. Afzal Karim presided over the meeting.

Among others, members of PDBL Board of Directors and representative from 20 members of PDBL attended the meeting.

The Vice Chairman of PDBL and Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Limited, Syed Mahbubur Rahman elected the new Chairman and Managing Director & CEO of Rupali Bank PLC, Mohammad Jahangir elected as Vice Chairman in the meeting.

The existing Chairman of PDBL Md. Afzal Karim congratulated the newly elected Chairman.
