Pubali Bank Training Institute holds training for junior officers

A training on “Foundation Training for Junior Officers and Junior Officers (Cash)” was held recently under the auspices of the Pubali Bank Training Institute. A total of 24 officers of the bank participated in the course.

Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank Ltd., graced the occasion as Chief Guest in the inaugural ceremony. Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Deputy Managing Director of the bank, was present as a special guest. Ratan Kumar Shil, DGM of Pubali Bank Training Institute, presided over the function.

Pubali Bank CEO Mohammad Ali made a clarion call on all participants to foster new spirit and enthusiasm for achieving the bank’s vision and mission. He reiterated the challenging tasks for all to ensure the profitability and strength of the bank.

He put forward his views on being a compliant, ethical bank, making its position excellent and envious. He instructed them to make all-out efforts to make proper investments of funds, to reduce the classification of loans, and to arrest mismanagement in the operational activities of the bank with a view to maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in all respects. He urged all officers to work with honesty and integrity in the workplace.
