BM Report:

The 1st meeting of the ‘Standing Committee on the Ministry of Agriculture’ of the 12th National Parliament today is the chairman of the committee Dr. Abdur Razzak presided over the meeting at Sangsad Bhaban. 

Committee members Agriculture Minister Abdus Shahid, Mamunur Rashid Kiran, AKM Rezaul Karim Tansen, Zakir Hossain and Faridunnahar Laili participated in the meeting.

In the meeting, information on the activities of the Ministry of Agriculture and its subordinate organizations/institutions, modernization of each departmental potato storage, and taking necessary steps to implement the election manifesto was discussed. 

Acting Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Dr. Malay Chowdhury (Additional Secretary), Directors General, Chief Executives, Heads of various Departments, Organizations along with relevant officials of the Ministry and National Parliament Secretariat were present in the meeting.
