Big deal of six companies on the block

On Thursday (June 13), the last working day of the week, 34 companies participated in the block market of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE). A total of 95 crore 46 lakh 59 thousand shares of these companies were traded. Among these, the shares of six companies were seen to be the most traded. This information is known from DSE sources.

The companies include Beacon Pharma, Unilever Consumer, Rupali Life Insurance, Meghna Petroleum, Alif Industries, and Pragati Life Insurance Limited. Today, the total shares of these six companies have been traded for more than 83 crore 7 lakh taka.

It has been reported that Beacon Farmer has the most transactions among the companies. On this day, the company’s shares of Tk 54 crore 45 lakh 27 thousand were traded.

The second highest share transaction of Unilever Consumer was Tk 15 crore 36 lakh 98 thousand.

And the third-highest transaction was done by Rupali Life Insurance. Today 4 crore 25 lakh 99 thousand shares of the company were traded.

Among other companies, shares of Meghna Petroleum worth Tk 3 crore 35 lakh 68 thousand, Alif Industries Tk 2 crore 94 lakh 76 thousand, and Pragati Life Insurance Limited Tk 2 crore 68 lakh 55 thousand were traded.
